About Me
Katie Griffee, Founder of Kalliergo
I started Kalliergo after a decade of Business Development experience working for a range of commercial and not-for-profit organisations across the pharmaceutical sector. My passion and focus for the last 3 years has been in cell and gene therapy - a truly exciting field that is growing at an incredible pace and starting to provide real, viable options for patients.
At two organisations I was brought onboard to establish and grow the commercial function, comprising BD, B2B Marketing, Client Services and New Product Development. Both organisations achieved significant growth of revenue, projects and brand awareness from a diverse array of clients. During my tenure, we saw sales grow by 565% at a commercial business that was subsequently bought out by a FTSE 100 company.
I love to work with companies where I can look at getting them from A (where they are now) to B (where they want to be), without compromising on integrity. It's important to me to help companies achieve their business goals and vision alongside their revenue targets.
